CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Any student planning to take the Learner/Driver tests at the DMV
    should complete the certificate of attendance form & submit it several
    days in advance
    either by email or bring a hard copy to the front office.
  • Be sure to review your information before submitting the request, as any incorrect information could delay the process.
  • Once the request is received and reviewed you will receive an e-mail that will indicate when you can pick it up from the front office or we will let you know that more information is required from you. 
  • A certificate that has been completed will expire after 30 days.
