Mission of Monroe Area High School PTSO 
 
The mission of the PTSO is to support and speak on behalf of our children; assist parents
in developing skills to raise and protect their children; and encourage parent and public
involvement in Monroe Area High School.
 
The standards of the PTSO

• Open communication between home an school
• School respect and support of parent's role in their student's lives
• Parent's being connected with their child's learning
• Parent volunteers being welcome at the school
• Parent involvement in school decisions affecting their student
