Saturday Morning Program

• To serve as an effective disciplinary consequence rather than suspension
• To improve academic standing if students take advantage
• To complete assignments as well as receive help from tutors/teachers located on site.

Schedule:

• Parents are to bring student at 7:45 AM and pick their child up promptly at 11:00 AM.  Transportation will not be provided.  If tardy, the student will be given an additional day of Saturday Detention.  If a student does not show for an assigned Saturday detention they will receive a one day suspension.
• Failure to comply with rules, or failure to complete assignments properly the student will receive a one day suspension until parent/guardian has a conference with teachers, counselor, and administrator.

Enhance academic remediation:

• Students will bring work assigned during week they will also be able to make up assignments.
• Students will attend two hour study periods with a break in between the two.  After the two periods are served; students will be broken down into groups for campus beautification for the remaining hour.

Rules:

• Students are to have sufficient learning material for periods of restriction.
• Absolutely no communication between students.
• Remain in seat unless permission is granted.
• Absolutely no electronic devices, if found on premises will be taken and returned on following Monday.
• Absolutely no sleeping or laying head down.
• No food or beverage.
• all class assignments.
