 FROM Hwy 78: Get off on Hwy 11 Exit and go north. Continue on Hwy 11 approximately 1 mile. Turn Left onto Double Springs Church Rd. Continue approximately 300 yards and then turn right into Driveway. Park in front of the building and enter through the Front Door. After entering through both doors, turn immediately to your right and sign in with the receptionist
